I am a passionate advocate of holistic wellbeing and have been on a lifelong mission to share this passion with the world personally and professionally.

My “Mission” is to empower all to find their MAGIC!  I lost mine and through an amazing adventure, rediscovered it.  We have been so focused on many other things that we have lost sight of ourselves.  Together we will reinforce the importance of discovering our personal mission, creating the mindset to stay true to this mission and develop actionable ways to keep moving forward.

We all have a story, it can either break us or make us stronger, I chose for it to make me stronger. I wrote my book to share my story to let others know that they are not alone. Our voices can change the world.

I currently live in Florida, where I manage my Company Vandemark Partners, offering corporate brand empowerment and marketing consulting. I also tour as a motivational speaker and in my free time, you can find me paddle boarding with my 2 dogs, Winston and Wilson.
