I did not build this work from theory. I built it from lived experience.

I help people navigate pivotal moments with more clarity, confidence, and strategy because I have had to do it myself.

I know what it means to be visible and misunderstood. To be successful and still know something needs to change. To outgrow a version of life that once made sense. To rebuild identity in public and still find a way to lead with strength.

I am a speaker, CONSULTANT, brand advisor, and author who helps leaders and organizations navigate change with more intention.

My story includes athletics, entrepreneurship, executive leadership, public life, resilience, and rebuilding. Along the way, I learned something that now sits at the center of everything I do: Your story is your superpower. Not when you hide it. When you know how to use it.

WHAT SHAPED MY POINT OF VIEW

Being an athlete taught me discipline, grit, and what it takes to perform under pressure. Working across business, branding, and leadership taught me how visibility, messaging, and presence shape opportunity. Living through public chapters of life taught me how quickly the world will write your story for you if you do not claim it yourself.

A CHAPTER THAT TAUGHT ME MORE THAN PEOPLE REALIZE

My connection to the WWE world gave me a front-row seat to the power of identity, visibility, performance, and public narrative. It also taught me what happens when your life becomes part of a story bigger than you.
